Entrepreneurial skills is crucial not only to those who wish to become entrepreneurs, but to everybody in the workforce.
Only when our staff understand how a business operate, can they appreciate what they have and be able to add extra value to the organisation.
This is a foundation course, on which learners & managers can build business savvy and growth and personal development daily.
Learnerships have become an important developmental track for out of school youth. It is also a B-BBEE focus and can only improve the organisations scorecard.
We offer Learnerships in partnership with various training providers & non-profit organisations. It is a FOUR way partnership all over South Africa.
The VictorY! Skills Programmes have as focus the workers and middle management. Skills programmes for the higher levels within the organisation is the forte of our associates.
We address soft skills such as understanding the personality types within the organisation, conflict management, emotional intelligence, etc.
Diversity in the workplace or community covers a wide range of issues, such as language, culture, race, political views, religion, sport, age, gender. We should embrace our diversity, but also learn how to tolerate it and have empathy with others believe systems. This can only be achieved it we face it and address it in the right context.
The VictorY! B-BBEE workshops or information sessions have a two-fold focus:
1. It is a free & pre-negotiated service we offer to all our training clients.
2. An demystifying workshop aimed at other EMEs, NGOs & Freelancers to grapple with how B-BBEE can be used to your advantage in your marketing strategy.
EME Capacity Building
In general EME's, Freelancers & NGOs do not have the resources to attend a series of workshops, or build networks or join marketing platforms. Resources are not just limited to funds, but also to mentoring, time and local availability. This series of capacity building training sessions will be offered online, taking into consideration time, cost and reach of all EMEs in South Africa.
VictorY! has no desire to expand beyond our own focus, vision and capacity, therefore we have formed strong associations with other private training providers who offer quality training options that we cannot. This way we can still assist our clients with finding what they need, while making sure what we offer stay world class and achieve excellence.
Together we are stronger.
We love our Gallery - we love to watch it and see how our learners enjoy the excursions, special workshops, creative activities and being part of the Ali Unique training programmes.
It is constantly being updated and refreshed.
We use contracted facilitators, assessors and moderators and are always looking for new people to add to our database.
